Ron and Joe are everything you want in a painting crew. They got our painting project (two story foyer, hallways, ceilings, family room, kitchen breakfast nook) completed in a timely manner. More important than time is the quality and care.

Ron (and Joe!) were incredible to work with. The quote they provided was not the cheapest, but the detail and scope of work they provided was detailed and executed exactly as expected. No surprises.

Ron and his son did a great job painting the interior of our house, including our basement ceiling, upstairs hallway, staircase, and open concept family room. The basement ceiling was the most challenging part of the project because it was exposed wood beams and mechanicals, but they made it look awesome.

Ron and Pat painted two rooms, a front door and a two story entry in our Naperville home and did excellent work! Wonderful attention to detail! They corrected some old wall taping issues and filled in door jamb holes from the previous door, which made it look perfect.

This is my second time using Blackhawk Painting and I am still very happy! I gave Ron another challenge painting a brick fireplace as well as changing black trim to orange. He did a great job. Everything is beautiful and clean. Ron is excellent.

Ron Ness and Blackhawk Painting began beautifying our home in 2002. On various projects they have painted every room in our home, some multiple times, since we love to change colors. They have also painted the exterior of our home, and fixed dynamic drywall issues that built up over the years. They are neat, clean, on time, and absolute perfectionists.

We have used Blackhawk painting for both interior and exterior jobs on our North Aurora home and Ron and Pat never disappoint. Our dining room had quite a bit of trim with poor caulking from previous owners, and in addition to painting the room beautifully, they re caulked the trim so it looks like a brand new room.

I cannot say enough good things about Ron and Blackhawk Painting. Not only did he give me helpful advice, his work ethics are strong and the finished job is beautiful. I love it and I would hire him again.

From estimate to clean up, perfect! Highly recommend Blackhawk Painting Inc. Ron's work is flawlessly executed and transforming, especially as he had to deal with challenges throughout this dated home. We are so happy to write a review for Blackhawk Painting. Ron Ness, the owner, has painted our house twice and what a difference from previous contractors' work. Ron takes a great deal of pride in his work and reputation. His preparation and attention to detail are what makes his final results beautiful.

Ron Ness quoted us quickly and delivered the project on budget and at a very good value. We needed a good professional since there was a good deal of drywall patching, repair, and sanding to do. He uses machinery that almost eliminated dust from getting into the rest of the house, which was critical for us.

Ron and Blackhawk Painting are the consummate professionals and he is a master craftsman and artist in his trade! I would recommend his services to anyone in need !!

Had them paint kitchen and bedroom and extremely pleased with results. Have hired and used plenty of painters in my life and Ron is hands down the best experience ever, professional, top notch gear, perfect results. Highly recommend!

Ron has painted both interior walls and exterior cedar siding. He is neat, professional, and easy to work with. His jobs have all been excellent. I highly recommend him.
